In the recent blog posts on website Reinvest 24, December 2022 and January 2023, has published information regarding legal proceedings in Moldova. Since this information was provided with a principle of 70% accurate information and 30% distorted, we have decided to provide you a brief commentary on these matters.
Regarding the restructuring of Kirsan companies, we once again emphasize that this procedure is in no way aimed against Reinvest 24. On the contrary, it was initiated to optimize the operations of the Kirsan group construction companies and to fulfill obligations to both our investors who have purchased real estate and investors of Reinvest24. Despite the possibility of reducing the amount to be returned to creditors in this procedure, we have committed to completing the construction of houses without additional monetary contributions and returning the loans received by Reinvest 24 in full. This commitment has been confirmed by Reinvest 24 in their blogs. Furthermore, according to the laws of the Republic of Moldova, creditors are responsible for expenses related to the administration and repayment of creditor debt, but we have taken on these expenses ourselves. The restructuring process under these conditions in Moldova is not just unique, but singular. Additionally, an enterprise that has never taken loans and has had no relationship with Reinvest24 was included in this procedure. All of this speaks for itself, demonstrating our utmost correctness in this matter.
Regarding Metropolis City SRL: Reinvest24 initially claimed an inflated amount of creditor debt, but the court recognized the fully documented amount as valid.
Even more absurd and unjustified is the claim by Reinvest24 to recognize Reinvest24 Group SRL as a creditor.
Reinvest 24 Group SRL is a subsidiary of Reinvest 24. Reinvest 24 Group SRL has entered into a partnership agreement with Metropolis City SRL for the construction project named Metropolis luxury IT apartments. This means that the Metropolis luxury IT apartments project is a project of Reinvest 24, and all funds invested by Reinvest 24 Group SRL are directed towards its own project. Therefore, Metropolis City SRL does not owe Reinvest 24 Group SRL any money. On the contrary, Reinvest 24 Group SRL owes money to companies within the Kirsan group.
Regarding Kirsan Com SRL, Reinvest24 initially claimed an inflated amount of creditor debt, but the court recognized the fully documented amount as valid.
Kirsan Com SRL, Fitness Forma SRL, and Valen Construct SRL indeed filed a lawsuit to remove mortgages from their properties, which were established based on loan agreements that had been fully repaid. In Reinvest 24's January blog post, they confirm that these loans were indeed repaid in full but claim that additional agreements were signed. However, the statement regarding the signing of additional agreements is false and does not align with reality.
On the Reinvest24 Telegram channel, it was claimed that the judicial system of the Republic of Moldova is corrupt, a sentiment echoed by some investors. The question arises as to how Reinvest 24 obtained favorable outcomes in both court cases related to securing their claims, meaning 100% of final court decisions were in favor of Reinvest 24. Given the real situation, we can assume that Reinvest 24 understands that a significant portion of the lawsuits filed, particularly those challenging the claims of other creditors, are unfounded. Thus, they may be preparing their investors for potential losses in legal proceedings.
